Client Terms & Health Disclaimer

1. What Jimmick is

Jimmick is a platform your coach uses to guide you across five lifestyle pillars: grooming, mental health, physical health, sexual health and financial health. Your coaching relationship is with your coach; Jimmick provides the software.

2. Medical disclaimer — not healthcare

The programme is lifestyle coaching only. It is NOT medical, psychological, psychiatric, sex-therapy or other healthcare advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship. It never replaces a physician or licensed professional.

Consult your doctor before starting if you have any physical, mental-health or sexual-health condition, take medication, or are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US, 999 in the UK). If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or Samaritans 116 123 (UK).

3. Not financial advice

Financial-pillar tasks address habits and awareness only. They are not investment, tax, legal or regulated financial advice.

4. Assumption of risk and release

Your participation is voluntary and you decide whether to perform any task. You do so at your own risk, and you release Jimmick from claims arising from your participation to the fullest extent permitted by law. Stop immediately if you experience pain, discomfort or distress.

5. Use of AI

Your programme is drafted with artificial intelligence based on your intake, then reviewed and approved by your coach. AI can make mistakes; contact your coach if anything seems unsuitable.

6. Your data and explicit consent

The intake asks about health, sexuality, emotions and finances, which are special-category data. By submitting the intake you give explicit consent for this data to be processed for your coaching programme. Only you, your coach and (where applicable) your coach's organisation can access it.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JIMMICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM PERFORMING TASKS OR FROM YOUR COACH'S ADVICE. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
